In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our Website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the product back and offer you a full refund.

 

 

We strive to prevent errors. How we fix them depends on the error. If we find that a product description is incorrect, for example, we'll correct it. In general, you should know that prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. Knit and Quilt reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Knit and Quilt will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

All images, graphics, specifications and descriptions contained within the Website are intended merely to give a general description of the products shown. 

Products appear on this Website in digitally photographed form and are the nearest representation possible to the original.  We cannot guarantee that the colour on the screen is an exact match to the true colour of the product.  Computer monitors and screens vary widely and one colour may not appear identical from on screen to the next.

Availability of Product

Knit and Quilt makes every effort to ensure that the availability indications appearing on our Website are up-to-date and accurate but we cannot guarantee their correctness nor will we accept any liability for late delivery or non-availability of any product. 

In addition, we strive to fulfil orders placed as efficiently and quickly as possible.  However, any stated delivery times and/or dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee to deliver within any specific time period.
