If there's anything wrong with your online order, simply return it within 60 days to the address on this page. As soon as we have received your products in resaleable condition, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.
For online orders, you may return new and unused products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only, but you will be liable for the costs of shipping the goods to us. We will not refund original postage costs. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and the original delivery note - please let us know why you are returning the item. Please do get a proof of posting receipt just in case your parcel goes astray.

Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. Please ensure there is a copy of the postal cost receipt returned with the faulty item(s) so that we can reimburse this amount. Please do not return by courier as we will not accept full courier charges.
For purchases made in-store, we will gladly accept exchanges of regular priced items within 60 days of purchase with original receipt. All exchanges must be in their original packaging (not wound into a new cake or ball) and in a re-saleable condition free of odours. 'Promotional' or 'Sale' items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged. The following items cannot be exchanged: Books, Patterns, Needles, Hooks, Notions, and 'Special Orders'.
